This fall, Chef mikel de Luis will open the doors to his new restaurant, Haizea, which meansWind in basque. As it name suggests, Haizea will be a Basque-inspired intimate restaurant that will feature small contemporary plates. Haizea will be strategically located at 142 Sullivan, between Prince and Houston.
